Sarjassa Tunnustuksia on 6 maalausta vuodelta 2011 ja niihin voi tutustua albumissa: Maalauksia sarjasta Tunnustuksia | Painting Series Confessions (2011).

Tunnustuksia (V): Kolme sulotarta on mukana ryhmänäyttelyssä Tutkielmia muutoksesta Galleria Katariinassa Helsingissä 27.6.-15.7.2012. Näyttelyn järjestää Helsingin Taiteilijaseura yhteistyössä Ateneumin taidemuseon kanssa, osana Helene Schjerfbeck -juhlavuoden ohjelmaa.

Tunnustuksia-sarjan maalaukset kuvaavat kuvataiteen historiasta saamiani vaikutteita ja pyrkivät uusintamaan joitakin klassisen, modernin tai oman aikamme maalaustaiteen teemoja tai aihepiirejä. Teoksen Tunnustuksia (V): Kolme sulotarta taustalla on Rubensin maalaus aiheesta Kolme sulotarta (1639). Sulottaret eli khariitit olivat kreikkalaisessa mytologiassa Afroditen seuralaisia. Kuvataiteen teoksissa heitä on yleensä kolme eli: Aglaia ("kirkkaus", nuorin), Eufrosyne ("ilo") ja Thaleia ("kukoistus", vanhin).

The series Confessions includes 6 paintings from 2011: The pictures of the artworks can be seen in the album: Maalauksia sarjasta Tunnustuksia | Painting Series Confessions (2011). The Confessions (V): The Three Graces will be exhibited at the group show Studies on Transformation at Gallery Katariina in Helsinki 27.6.-15.7.2012. The exhibition of the Helsinki Artists' Association will be arranged in cooperation with the Ateneum Art Museum, as a part of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Helene Schjerfbeck.

The paintings in the series Confessions represent influences taken from the art history. The paintings seek to renew some themes or genres in classical, modern or contemporary art painting. The Confessions (V) / The Three Graces is based on Rubens's painting on the theme The Three Graces (1639). The graces or the Kharites were in greek mythology part of the retinue of Aphrodite. In fine arts they they usually number three: Aglaea ("Beauty", the youngest), Euphrosyne ("Mirth") and Thalia ("Good Cheer", the oldest).
